A composite, fun and effective program of exercises that simultaneously develop power, agility and endurance, created for our guests within the botanical park of the Castle of San Ruffino. But the life path is not just wellness. It is also an excellent opportunity to share healthy hours of outdoor physical activity with your family, and especially with children.

A step-by-step training with the aid of specific equipment (bars, poles, benches, steps, horse-backs.) located along the route. Each station is characterized by the presence of a sign that explains in detail how to correctly perform the exercise. The various stations may be reached by running, breathing deeply to recover in view of the next work stop. A workout that, providing a continuous rise and fall from the pulse and maintaining always in the aerobic phase, strengthens the cardiovascular system and allows to burn a lot of calories, especially those coming from fat reserves.
